PrettyEasy may review, reject, edit, suspend, or remove profiles that violate these Terms, applicable law, or platform standards. A profile’s presence or verification status on PrettyEasy does not constitute a guarantee or explicit endorsement of that provider’s services.


5. RELATIONSHIP WITH SERVICE PROVIDERS


PrettyEasy acts as a technology, marketing, and discovery platform. Unless expressly stated otherwise, PrettyEasy does not directly provide the services advertised by independent providers and is not their employer, agent, partner, or representative.

PrettyEasy does not control or guarantee a provider’s pricing, availability, qualifications, conduct, service quality, safety, or results. Any agreement, payment, appointment, cancellation, refund, dispute, injury, or claim arising between a customer and an independent provider is the sole responsibility of the parties involved. Users are encouraged to independently verify qualifications and service conditions before completing a transaction.


6. MEMBERSHIPS, PAYMENTS, AND RENEWALS


PrettyEasy offers paid memberships, professional profiles, advertising packages, and visibility features. Applicable prices, billing cycles, and included features will be clearly displayed before purchase.


Subscription fees are charged in advance and will renew automatically unless canceled prior to the next billing date. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize PrettyEasy (or its payment processor) to charge the provided payment method. Canceling a membership prevents future renewal charges but does not automatically issue a refund for the current billing period. PrettyEasy does not guarantee a specific volume of profile visits, customer inquiries, appointments, sales, or revenue.


7. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS


Unless a different policy is displayed at checkout:

  • Membership fees already paid are non-refundable.
  • Cancellations will apply to future billing cycles.
  • Completed advertising, profile setup, design, promotional, or marketing services are non-refundable.
  • Purchases made directly from independent providers are subject to the provider’s individual cancellation and refund policies.

Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.


8. PRODUCTS AND THIRD-PARTY LINKS


Products offered on the website may be sold by PrettyEasy or third-party merchants. Prices, availability, shipping times, images, and descriptions are subject to change without notice.

The website may contain affiliate links or third-party promotions, for which PrettyEasy may receive a commission on qualifying purchases. PrettyEasy is not responsible for the privacy practices, content, transactions, security, or business practices of third-party websites.


9. REVIEWS AND USER CONTENT
